Project Jumpstart launched its first feeding program at San Antonio Government school in Corozal Belize feeding over 70 children breakfast and lunch
Breakfast & Lunch served 5 school days a week
Only six school in Belize has been enrolled in a pilot program for a national school feeding program, so all the other school children either go to school hungry and leave early. Poor nutrition in childhood leads to poor health in adulthood.
